Submission of Papers
Authors are invited to submit their papers via email to: alfatech@alfa.edu.rs. The submitted paper should be in MS Word format (according to the given template), while the accompanying presentation or poster should be in PowerPoint format (according to the provided template). PDF documents are not acceptable.

Submission of a paper implies that the same paper has not been previously published (except as an abstract or part of a seminar, lecture, or academic thesis), is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that all authors agree to its publication.

Each author submitting a paper for publication as an original work guarantees that the proposed paper represents their own personal contributions and is not copied or plagiarized, either in whole or in part, from other works.

Turnitin, Copyscape, and DupliChecker are some of the websites available to authors and researchers who wish to check their papers before submission. By comparing the submitted document with extensive data, a comprehensive similarity report is generated with text matching. This helps ensure that papers are original and properly attributed.

Communication
All communication, including notifications from the organizing committee and requests for revisions, will be conducted exclusively via the provided email address.

Any deviation from these rules should be reported directly to the editors, who are committed to resolving such issues promptly.
