We invite authors to submit unpublished and original papers that are not being considered for publication at other conferences or in journals. Papers should contain original scientific, professional or applied results of the author’s work. All submitted works will be reviewed, but the authors are solely responsible for the originality and quality of their works. The expected number of pages for each paper is 4 to 12. At least one of the authors of each accepted work is obliged to register, pay the registration fee and present the work. Authors can choose one of the following options for the presentation of their work: oral presentation, panel session presentation or online presentation. The language of the meeting is English. The registration fee is 2000 dinars until 20.02.2026, after that it is 3000 for authors from Serbia, and 20 euros for foreign authors also until 29.02.2026, after that it will be 30e. The registration fee is not paid for papers in the student session of the Conference.

All submitted works will be reviewed by an international scientific committee, through a double blind review and one formal review.
Papers describing any research approach and results or type of paper including conceptual, empirical and critical literature reviews.
English is the official conference language – all papers have to be written in formal English.
Submitted papers must be formatted using conference template.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts – print and online.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Special Edition of the Alfatech conference magazine – printed and online, with ISBN, DOI and UDC number.
Updated versions of selected papers will be published in partner scientific journals.
Instructions for payment of the registration fee will be sent after acceptance of the abstract.
It is planned that the papers will be presented in three ways – Plenary presentations (15 minutes per paper) – Presentations within the sessions (10 minutes per paper) – Poster section
